Teledentistry is all the rage right now. With COVID-19 keeping us from physically seeing patients, many dentists are now interested in how to make contact virtually. We pretended that Kevin was an attendee in one of my classes and my job was to teach him the basics and FAQ about teledentistry. I covered:
- What is 'teledentistry'? What do I need to get started?
- The billing codes and the ADA's new guidance in this area
- Why teledentistry should be part of your customer service arsenal
